Level Up Your Life with Next Level Thinking… DTH Episode 136 with Kevin Palmieri

Level Up Your Life with Next Level Thinking

Sometimes in life, once we attain a goal, we realize that goal is not quite the prize that we imagined it would be. This is not to say that goals are not important, because they very much are. This is to say, that often people put to much of their personal fulfillment and joy into external results. This can lead to a whole different kind of misery. This is the time to level up your life with next level thinking.

Kevin Palmieri talks Next Level Thinking

After hitting his goal of a six-figure income, Kevin realized that there had to be more. He had the car, the money, the typical “American Dream.” It took getting it all to realize that what matters most is your thoughts. And that’s how Next Level University was born.
In this great DTH conversation, Kevin and I discuss the importance of reflection and becoming very familiar with yourself. “What do you enjoy so much that you lose track of time?” We talk about life’s purpose, good habits and consistency. And of course, we talk about Kevin’s own story and how that lead to Next Level University.

Do You See All the Possibilities? …DTH Episode 132 with Victoria Rader

Do You See All the Possibilities?

Sometimes the greatest challenge we face is not what we don’t have or cannot do, but not seeing all the possibilities available to us. Wanting what we don’t have, or not being able to do something we desire can be cause for great frustration, and in some cases, Hate. Sometimes it takes the right coach in order for you to see all the possibilities. Are you as happy as you’d like to be? Is your life one of Peace, Purpose and Prosperity? Do you see all the possibilities?

Who is Victoria Rader ~ Possibility Coach™?

Victoria Rader, or simply Vica, was born in Ukraine, in the fromer USSR, and the Soviet Union did not make it easy or possible to leave the country. Yet the regime could not stop Vica nor her Ukrainian freedom seeking genes from dreaming, creating, pursuing, and ultimately proving that everything is possible.
Through thousands of client sessions and hundreds of speeches and seminars, Vica has witnessed that the cap to one’s fulfillment and performance is defined by their subconscious programming. As a result, Vica and her team have created products and services with a unique proprietary success formula of healing one’s heart, freeing one’s mind, and expanding one’s talents and skills to see, create and live a life of infinite possibilities.

Episode 97: “Program Your Life, or Life Will Program You” ~ Les Brown

Like so many out there, I too find myself, at times, getting discouraged. I was having a conversation the other day, with a gentleman that most people would probably know of, and he asked me, “Wilk, is it too late?”, meaning, is it too late to bridge this divide, are we so full of hate and animosity for those of differing opinions that it cannot be turned around? I said to him, I wouldn’t be doing the Derate the Hate podcast if I felt it was too late. But like I said, I too find myself, at times becoming discouraged, and even at times feeling almost defeated. Sometimes when I think it may be time to give up, something happens…

My wife and I were having a discussion this week about all that we have going on, and she could tell I was a bit discouraged with certain things. She asked me if I had ever heard of Les Brown? I had not, so she sent me a YouTube Video of his. That 58 minute inspirational video was pure gold. Much of what Les talks about in the video was stuff that I have talked about on the DTH podcast, but his delivery and cadence are incredible.  This is a must watch or listen to video if you are unsure of the power of you and your mindset. It also brought to mind for me, Episode 52 of the DTH podcast, so for the first time, I am bringing back a large portion of that episode in this one.  Let me know your thoughts on both!

Episode 90: New Year, New You, Nonsense… Every Day is an Opportunity to Better Our Lives

Are you one that makes new year’s resolutions?  Have you ever made a new year’s resolution that you’ve kept, or what’s the longest you’ve stuck with that resolution? On average, more than 80% of new year’s resolutions fail before the second week in February. What if instead of wasting our energy on new year’s resolutions, we make daily resolutions to better our lives?

It was 12 years ago this week that we lost my father. He was way too young and not a day goes by that I don’t think of him and miss him very much. My Dad taught me so many things, but so much of what I learned from him, I did not learn until after he was gone. I am now less than 10 years from the age my Dad was when he passed, and that brings to the forefront in my mind how important every day is. I talk in this episode how we must never take for granted the days we have on this earth, that we do not know when our last day will come, but we should embrace the idea that every day is an opportunity to better our lives.

Episode 89: DTH Holiday Life Lessons with the Family 2021

It’s the holiday season once again, and the final DTH episode for 2021!! I would just like to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am for my family and all those that support me in my efforts to make the world a better place.

This is not a long episode, but in it I highlight a conversation that I recently had with a friend that resulted in a great little life lesson. Sometimes we know that what needs to be said may hurt someone’s feelings, or even make them mad, but it needs to be said nonetheless.
I wrap up this episode by playing a recording of a Christmas song that always brings a smile to my face, and I hope it does for you as well.

Short and to the point, but an important episode! Check out some of our latest episodes with some incredible guests. Looking forward to a fantastic 2022!

Episode 42: 10 Lessons I Will Pass On To My Children

There are many things we can teach our children, lessons we can pass on in effort to make them better people. There are 10 lessons that I have learned, many the hard way, but 10 lessons that I will pass on to my children that I know will make them better people and in turn make the world a better place.
